Terms of Service

By reading the below terms of service you will be able to get more out of our coaching sessions and avoid all possible miscommunications or misunderstandings. It would help us be on the same page when it comes to expectations and allow us to focus on providing you with the most fulfilling and most effective experience.

 

Luminous Transformational Coaching’s Responsibilities:

  • Attend every coaching session scheduled in advance, by common agreement and with prior notice, or obtain permission to postpone/cancel a session before doing so.

  • Understand your current situation and offer solutions in a non-judgmental, non-deprecating manner, based on your best interest, as well as your circumstances and needs.

  • Safeguard any confidential information that may arise during our coaching sessions.

  • Not divulge your attendance at these coaching sessions, without prior written or verbal consent from you.

 

Client’s Responsibilities:

  • Attend every coaching session scheduled in advance, by common agreement and with prior notice, or follow the cancellation policy outlined below if unable to attend.

  • Take the recommended steps and actions discussed during the coaching sessions.

  • Accept and not blame the coach for the outcomes of any courses of actions taken outside the coaching sessions, especially if advised against them.

  • Acknowledge and agree that the coach is only responsible for the services and results outlined in the present website (and specifically under the particular services being offered), and is in no way responsible for handling other personal, financial or professional challenges.

 

Payment Terms:

Payments can be made via this website, using credit or debit cards, and no later than 72 hours before the following scheduled coaching session. While we prefer payments by credit/debit cards, we also accept cash payments with the condition that they are done only if mutually agreed on during a prior phone consultation. If a bank transfer is the only convenient payment method for you, we are willing to consider it as an option, given that the funds are transferred no later than 72 hours before your next scheduled coaching session. Please contact us for the bank account information.

If you are interested in purchasing one of the service packages containing 6 or 8 sessions, you may be allowed to set up an instalments plan for your payments. Please contact us beforehand to discuss this option.

 

Cancellation Policy:

To ensure that we are available as much as possible to all of our clients, we need to organize our calendar to a T and, thus, follow a strict cancellation policy. Therefore, if after your payment has been finalized you decide or realize that you can no longer attend your upcoming scheduled coaching session, then please let us know earlier than 48 hours in advance. This would allow us enough time to adjust our schedule and you to receive full reimbursement of your fees.

If, however, you need to cancel less than 48 hours in advance (but earlier than 24 hours) of your session, you will only receive 50% of the already paid fee back. In case you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance of your paid session, you will not be entitled to a refund.

If Luminous Transformational Coaching needs to cancel an appointment with you, for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your fee or have the opportunity to reschedule the session at your earliest convenience, whichever you deem best. As mentioned earlier, we try to be considerate of your time as well your needs and avoid cancelling without a valid major reason.

 

Late Arrivals Policy:

Both your time and ours is precious, and being considerate of that should go both ways. Therefore, regardless of your appointment being offline (face-to-face) or online (virtual), we would appreciate an early notice in the event you will be late to it. While we try our best to complete your full scheduled time, please keep in mind that such accommodation may not be always possible given that our schedule is almost fully booked. If that happens, you will not be entitled to any full or partial refund.

 

 

Contact Policy:

You may contact us for any reason during office hours by either phone or email. In case you do not get a hold of us right away, we will try our best to respond to your message or inquiry within 24 hours of receiving it. Outside of office hours, you may not be able to reach us directly, but you are welcome to leave us a message. The availability, frequency and duration of additional follow-ups outside of your scheduled appointments will differ between services and will be discussed with you during your initial consultation or first paid coaching session.

 

 

Confidentiality Policy:

Your privacy is important to us. That is why we make sure to respect and safeguard it. As such, we will not reveal any information discussed during our coaching sessions or follow-ups with any third party (unless required by court order). Occasionally, as required by the General Hypnotherapy Register in the UK, we may receive supervision during our hypnotherapy sessions and need to discuss and show your personal records with a reviewer WITHOUT revealing your identity. Disclaimer:

The success of your therapy depends primarily on you most of all, your commitment and your involvement in the process. While all therapies are performed by trained professionals, the results and susceptibility to side effects vary among clients, with no serious risks, however.
