This practice is specifically aimed at helping with your life concerns and providing the much-needed adjustments that will take you beyond your current issues and into living at your highest potential. Our services have changed many lives by eliminating the hurdles of fear, doubt, guilt, and self-imposed limitations that had created deep emotional wounds and physical imbalances in our clients.
While such feelings are automatic responses triggered involuntarily by various situations or experiences in our lives, we don’t have to be at their mercy. Spiritual life coaching and Usui reiki help with that by drilling deep beneath your conscious awareness, spotting various underlying issues, and addressing them from every angle.

One such angle is our connection with every aspect of our identity. As human beings, we have been given two equally important parts of our identity, Divine Masculine energy and Divine Feminine energy, which balance each other out. Honouring both of these aspects within ourselves helps us live our most authentic lives. However, in today’s society, masculine traits and behaviours are preferred and feminine ones are underestimated and subdued. For example, women are encouraged to be assertive or loud-spoken and ignore their natural empathic, nurturing and kind side. Similarly, men are discouraged from showing any feminine traits and made to feel less when they do so.
Other areas of spiritual coaching include connecting with one’s higher self, a version of us that is divinely created and worthy of abundance in all areas of our lives, as well as accessing Akashic records. Akasha is a different dimension than the one we are living in, where all past, present, and future actions and thoughts are recorded. By connecting to the entire database of human existence, we can understand the life trajectory we are currently on and proactively work toward changing our ways to land on a path that’s most authentic and beneficial for us.
Usui Reiki is complementary to spiritual life coaching. Reiki is a Japanese word that stands for “Universal life force energy” and Usui comes from Mikao Usui, the forefather of the techniques used in Reiki. In essence, the techniques use energy healing methods to cure and soothe our inner self and reach the utmost sense of peace and enlightenment.
Our inner energy is extremely powerful and, if used properly, can help transform us into the best versions of ourselves. This energy emanates from within, forming a field or an aura around our bodies which affects both us and those we interact with. Naturally, we too are affected by
others’ auras, and when the negative load coming from either our minds or from the world around us becomes too heavy, it can affect both our mental and physical states. We may become anxious, irritated, agitated, lethargic, and even depressed. So it is important to get into the habit of cleansing our auras regularly and balancing or opening up our chakras.
We have seven main chakras or energy centres in our bodies. They each correspond to major nerve conglomerations and organs along our spine. Each chakra controls various activities of our minds and bodies. So, when clogged up or blocked by mental and emotional debris, our inner energy does not flow appropriately throughout our system, impeding us from living up to our fullest potential.
Going through the process
Working with a spiritual coach will help you access all the divinely available information in the universe and connect the different parts of yourself, as described above. A spiritual coach will allow you to look beyond the obvious or immediately accessible, and expand your
understanding of your inner and outer universe to a much broader, all-encompassing one that will bring you growth and abundance in every aspect of your life.
After our initial assessment call, we can work together to design the best methods to meet your needs. We will use various tools and techniques to help you realise the power you have over your mind and life, reprogram your subconscious, and get rid of all those junk files that no longer serve you.

We offer this service in packages of four or eight sessions, according to your needs. After each session, you should have small epiphanies and form new connections that will transform the way you see life in general. You will gain a new sense of control and power over your destiny,
and from there take customised actions in the direction of your life’s purpose. Leaving the past behind, you will release a new you that is fully equipped to face challenges and create success.
